ceropegia woodii (string of arrows)
a little about me…
commonly known as the string of arrows, this native of africa is a stunner. the leaves are arrow shaped and colored with spots of silver. they can also turn a pink-ish hue in the sunlight and may even flower with beautiful purple flowers. hummingbirds love the flowers, so place her outside in the summer to attract them!
s u n
the string of arrows loves bright light, but may burn in too much direct sun. direct morning sun would be perfect for her.
w a t e r
let the soil completely dry out between watering. the leaves will also become flimsy, which is a sign that it needs to be watered. they will benefit from bottom watering to keep the leaves close to the soil from getting too wet.
